I’ve been an eBay seller for a relatively short time, less than 5 months. But, I’m proud of my 100% positive feedback rating from about 160 feedbacks.
I have an extremely abusive buyer. First, he wanted me to end two auctions early, which I refused to do. Then, he sent a sarcastic note with his payment. Today, I received an email from him complaining about the condition of the items I sold him (it was all false). I wrote him back and said that I would refund his money upon return of the shirts. I received a horrendous email reply, which, among other things stated that “all eBay sellers try to cheat buyers” and “eat sh*t and die”.
I looked up his feedback profile and it is terrible. As a buyer he has 8 negatives, 4 in the last 6 months. The recurring theme of the seller feedbacks is his abusive behavior.
I have saved all of the emails from him and want to contact eBay concerning his behavior. Could someone “walk me through” how I should do that with eBay? This guy should be at least suspended, if not banned altogether.

Go into eBay Community, click on answers. Put your question in & you will get the info you need to file a complaint.

Don't be surprised when ebay does nothing about it though.
