Some joker bid on probably 10 to 15 auctions and then started leaving negative feedbacks on everyone.
I was one of the lucky recipients.
He never contacted me, but gave me a negative after 2.5 days.
I knew about the problem last night but I had not gotten a negative yet.
This morning I awoke to a negative on my account, and this guy had been NARU'd.
A request to ebay this morning and 8 hours later the negative is gone.
In fact they cleaned out all of the negatives this guy had given out, and one that had been accidentally marked as positive, but held bad comments.
I was pleased with Ebay's handling of this situation.
In fact my feedback is so perfect now, I show -1 Negatives in my summary chart. Not only do I not have any negatives, I have (-1). I hope that means after I get another negative I will be back to zero.
