I had an auction close on Monday, and every time I send and EOA notice to the buyer, I get a "mailbox is full" response. How long do you usually wait in a situation like this? I can see nowhere on eBay to report it, it is not an invalid address. I replied as soon as the auction closed, and the last bid was a last minute one, so the bidder should at least be at home and not on vacation or something.

You can always pull contact information and call your winner. Just a suggestion. If the bid was a last minute one, it may have been sniped. You don't have to be home for that.

A full mailbox is considered an invalid address as it is inaccessible to you.

On eBay, your account must always be associated with a valid email address so that we, and other eBay members, can contact you. An email is determined to be invalid when an email to that address bounces repeatedly.

very near the bottom of the page is a clickable Dead/invalid email addresses link.

If you sold a $20 auction item for $100 and really want to sell it to this buyer badly then you can try spending some money on phone calls otherwise do not waste your time or money on calling. There are millions of email mailboxes that are full and most of them are because the user never goes to that mailbox at all. Ebay will temporarily suspend this user and you will get your FVF fees back. It will then be the buyer's task to get reinstated at ebay with emails and/or phone calls.
