I received a refund of my listing fees and an adjustment on the prices of the sold auctions that were scheduled to close during eBay's outage last night...I contacted them so I don't know if you have to do that or if it was automatic - you might want to check your eBay account to see if adjustments were made.

I didnt cite any specific auctions just said that I had auctions ending during the outage and buyers were not able to get in to bid. They only adjusted the ones that closed during the outage. That's all I would hope for - though I think there were one or two that had competitive bids that might have closed quite a bit higher had eBay been working..oh well something is better than nothing! It will teach the snipers a lesson!

I used the Powerseller CS email but I think they should refund fees to everybody - nothing in the PS bene's that says PS will receive any extras like that...perhaps it was handled a little more promptly. I would contact eBay CS about it.

Here's what the policy says:
Title search outage of one or more hours
In the event of a title search outage of one or more hours, eBay automatically credits all associated fees for affected listings. The following listings will be eligible for credit:
Any listing scheduled to end during the outage
Any listing scheduled to end in the hour after the end of the outage
But, it wasn't a title search outage. Everything popped up in search just fine. But, no one could open the ads to bid. They didn't automatically refund anything
