I don't know for sure but I'd say it's very fast. The talk on another message board was that at ebay Live in Orlando that ebay announced that search indexing was now much faster than in the past and that they hoped to get the indexing down to ten minutes in the near future. The new Powered by IBM icon near the search engine shows that ebay may have changed their searching hardware and/or software.
