Help.... I've never relisted an item. I use Vendio sales manager and Image Hosting to do my listings. How do I go about relisting an unsold item with the hopes of having it sell second time around and not be charged for listing again? That is possible isn't it? NO laughing please. This may be very simple to some, but not me. Thank you.

I promise not to laugh and will be watching the answers. for the last 2 months, when I relist through Vendio, I have not gotten any refunds on my fees when the item sells.

I am hoping to find the answer here.

Relist it right from the e bay auction. PLUS you don't pay vendio! Just e bay! Yea!

OH! as far as the refunds? I have NO idea if they ever give me any refunds, ever looked at your e bay monthly statement? Make NO sense whatsoever. tons of numbers and NO description of what any of those hundreds of auctions were.

ONCE I was able to spot a NPB refund, It was on a $200.00 ooooooooooo,,,,,,!!!!! ITEM!It stood out from the OTHER numbers.

look at your auction on EBAY....everything is still there and it says something about the refund? yes, the picture is still there. you can relist anything right on e bay AFTER you used vendio as the original lister. I relist certian products over and over and over right on e bay, the original auctions were made using actually,,,,auction watch! does that say something? Never disappears...

What?!! Are you saying that when I relist an ebay item through Vendio I don't get the listing fees refunded if the item sells the second time? I"ve always just trusted the ebay accounts I see, never thought that wouldn't happen.

Would someone tell us for sure? Egads.

Road,,,I thought you had been around,,,,, I will bet you $5.00 going through vendio just looks like another NEW auction.

I think it's time for a vendio person to step in and explain the situation.

If you relist an auction from the "closed section" page and the item didn't sell the first time and it sells the 2nd time,, you will be refunded the listing fee for the 2nd auction.... I am.. and I do check. No problems for me.

As for relisting from ebay, you can do that, but if you are on the flat rate plan here for vendio and it includes picture hosting, NOTE: you will be charged for the pictures in the relisting auction.

Glad to have helped.

When you relist through Vendio, it will tell you on the scheduling page if the item is a relist, relaunch or a copy. A relist will get the fee returned if it sells (it's always worked for me, anyway). If you relist a vendio auction through Ebay direct, you will be charged a dime each for the photos in the auction. Try it first on Vendio and pay close attention to your Ebay account to see if the credit shows up when the item sells. Just be sure to relist within 30 days of the closing of the original auction to qualify for the refund.

The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

sparkz,,,,,e bay makes us squitenize EVERYTHING,,,,,,if we don't, tough! they too base their many things on the thinking that MANY read NOTHING and they,,,,WIN! because of it. They are MOST aware of that fact and use it to their advantage.

JUST as WE all well know, Many,,, read NOTHING in our auctions. They buy, THEN, They READ and Bi##h.

okay, i relist through Vendio. the relisting page tells me they are a "relist".
I quit getting any fees refunded by ebay about 2 months ago.

the ebay listing email used to tell me the funds would be refunded it the item sold, this stopped about 2 months ago too.

am I doing something wrong or should I be contacting someone at ebay? if so, who?

my relists are all within 2 weeks of original auction ending.

Check your e-bay billing account. I relisted an item a day before the relist option expired and when it sold I got credit.

Here is vendio's listing policy:

Question:Will I have to pay another listing fee if I relist an auction

Answer: Given the costs associated with launching an item and hosting the image for the duration of the listing, a Vendio listing fee will be applied for relists if you are on the Standard, Annual, or one of the Flat rate plans. You may be eligible for an insertion fee refund from eBay, however, if it is the first relist of an item
