A winning bidder has emailed me 6 times, in increasing desperation, asking for total amount due and payment address -- all of which is contained in the listing. Either he's pulling my leg, and ignoring my responses, with no intention of paying -- or his email address is bad. Can someone direct me to the correct link for reporting a non-functioning email address? Thanks!

He might have his spam alert set high and not accepting emails from you. Why not send him a reminder from eBay through your sold listing items. That might help or you could send him an invoice through paypal and see if that goes through. worth the try before contacting ebay about bad contact information.

This was posted on the other ebay board
**************
1. Try e-mailing them from a different address or have a friend try to e-mail them. Also, for some reason, if I mark the message as "priority" and use the "read receipt requested" option, that message tends to go through whereas a "plain" e-mail won't. (This is not foolproof by any means, but it seems to help me a lot of times.)
2. Try e-mailing them through eBay.
3. If you accept PayPal, try sending them a payment request invoice through PayPal. You can put a note on it that you're trying to reach them, but that their e-mail is bouncing. If they've got a PayPal account, even if their e-mail is down, they'll still see the payment request waiting for them next time they log into their account.
4. Pull their contact information and call them.
5. If, by chance, they've e-mailed you and sent your their shipping address, you could drop them a snail mail note.
6. If none of the above works, you might report the bad e-mail address to eBay and let them handle it. The bidder could get suspended, which probably won't help the transaction get completed ... but it would be better than getting a neg from the bidder saying you never contacted them.
7. Also as a last resort, you could leave a comment in their feedback that their e-mail isn't working, and to contact you from a working address.
8. And as another last resort, file the non-paying bidder reminder. If you can't contact them, perhaps eBay can!
I would, of course, only try the last three options if all else had failed, and after giving the bidder plenty of time to contact you. Perhaps they haven't realized yet that there is an e-mail problem.
Edited to add: One more option might be to see if they're signed up with AOL IM or another IM service. You might be able to find them online and send them an IM message.
