I have searched but can't find the information I need.

I bought some software that was stated as being new, mint, sealed and unused. It came and has been used not mint or sealed.

yes, you can sell it. I have sold and bought used software on ebay.

It depends on the software.

Games and most basic business software is fine.

Software marked OEM, not for resale are NOT allowed.

If in doubt, read the license.
