How many of you file for FVF with Vendio. I read the process for doing it and it seems like such a hassle. How many of you file with them?

i never file with them ... it's "just enough hassle" to deal with NPB/FVF on ebay, and that's about as far as i carry it ... to spend extra time carrying out the npb's with Vendio too would be counterproductive IMO as far as time involved ..... i 'move on'... to sell more stuff.

You can't do the entire process from Vendio?

I always assumed you could just click on a button here and have Vendio do the NPB/FVF thing for you.

My auction service does it, and I just assumed they all did. I never have to do ANYTHING directly from within the eBay site.

I have done it a couple of times for items over $25, but you are right, it is a real hassle. You have to go to your account and find the transaction #, and make sure you have the confirmation from eBay. Several times I lost that by not opening another window, then I gave up doing on less expensive items. I guess it is in their interest, the more complicated, the less people will claim for fvf.

It is far easier than going to Ebay. You go to Sales Manager/Post Sale/Awaiting Payments and then you can see your oldest unpaid items click on the boxes and then click on the Final Value Button, and you are done. The only problem is it does not work with combined auctions. YOu have to uncombine them first.

I file with Vendio,
I take a day and do it ALL. They have no time limit, so I did some here back the end of June for the time period from 7-02 threw 12-02.The refund was for $20.- $30. or so.
I will take a day here soon and do the remaining from 1-03 till now.
It is a pain to do it, but I just do it when times are slow. I would not be bothered to do it during Christmas time or other busy times of the year.
