Is it just me or are alot of you having many emails returned? I have been getting about 5 a day returned to me and my customers think I am not responding to them. Is there anything I can do?? Thanks

Why are they being returned? There is always a reason attached for a returned email. Many ISP's have set their filters high because of the Sobig virus. It's possible you have that virus. A quick check with Housecall can eliminate that possibility. I have set up an account with Yahoo for the sole purpose of sending EOA's to my customers which may have email addys that are blocked by AOL. Many of these flakey domains such as Earthlink and Charter are blocked half the time from legitimate ISP's because they refuse to curb the spam that originates from their sites.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

You might check to see if the addys that are coming back are AOL-related. AOL can cause a lot of odd problems at times.

Same thing happening here. I've run my Norton virus scan and it's not on my 'puter. I have AOL and they are no help whatsoever! Just going to wait & see.

Yes, Junebug. Same here. Had a few in the last couple of days. Adresses not from AOL, and my ISP in not aol either. (One or two is from a dot-com address. One from a bank or some such - guess they are giving work addy.
I dont think my computer has a virus. Think its as mentioned ISP's blocking email as spam.
