Looks like a Beyer & Bock mark. Made in Germany (E. Germany). The dates that this mark was used was between 1905 to 1931.

By the way, I was responsible for helping Tomwii on identifying his "Stick Spatter w/Flow Blue" plates. Anyone know what they finally ended at?
It always feels so good to help a fellow eBayer. Guess I have learned a thing or two over all these years of dabbling in 'tiques.

I know one went for $331.22 and I think the other went for more than $100...
