Searching the web for a free lotto wheeler and come across this.
.("you can try if you sign up for ebay".

Sounds like one of those scammer things so many threads on lately.

There not a scam. Ebay pays sites for every newly registered user to ebay. It's a way for them to earn money.

Not an ebay scam - the guy is signed up as a ebay affiliate. Last time I looked, ebay was paying $5 to affiliates for each person that signed up and placed a bid or launched an auction within two weeks. He is using affiliate fees to keep his software free to users.
