Anyone else had a compliant filed? The filer believes it's ALL FREE!!!!!.....So they run right over there, file and it's sent to the,,,,,,criminal? You fill out ALL those questions and THEN!!!!!! HEY Buddy! $20.00! How deceptive! And this Company is sanctioned by E bay?
9 of those silly complaints, now I simply hit, go away Square trade, NO $20.00 from me and the case is closed. Period!
Then personally contacting the crier and MORE typing!

Hello Jack,
you said "9 of those silly complaints," if that is the case you might want to rethink your operation with emphasis on post sale process.
I speak from experience as about 18 months ago I seemed to be headed for trouble. In my case was to many mixed up orders where I sent wrong stuff or could not find the item after sold. I fixed it with a simple initialing system and the problem was gone forever.
Some times we sellers have to set down and evaluate what we could do better in order to survive. That is especially true when a pattern begins to form.

Your missing the point and these 9 are over a 3 year period. Because they really think it's FREE!!!!!!!!!! they run to it for any silly thing that could have been taken care of with a simple e mail ,,,,,,,,to ,,,,,,,ME!
This latest idiot,,,,,(buyer) Seller will not give me the shipping amount I have asked 4 times.......His friggin' e mail address is NO GOOD!!!!!! I,,,,,,,turned his D.A. into e bay. I,,,,,,,,am the one who stood to loose NOT him!!!!
