Comment!! I can not understand that a company I pay to host my photographs uses a cummunity board to solve customer problems; insted of them providing the "HELP" !
I think i may be looking for another host for my business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although it doesn't sound good the way you worded it, you'll probably get a much faster answer this way.
Besides what's wrong with making a problem public? If YOU have that problem, someone else probably does as well. Why not help multiple people with one answer?
Many people use these boards for help & discussion that have never even tried Vendio services. The boards are JUST THAT GOOD.

But also, Zack, you can go to the Vendio boards, put "moderator" in the title of your question, and get help almost immediately. To me, that's better than a HELP menu per se. The service is more personal, too--and sooooo much faster, most of the time.
