Whenever I go to Half.com/Ebay, I get a popup window security alert, your security clearance is invalid or outdated.

I click yes and the windows stays. i click install certificate and it still stays there not letting me in the site.
anyone have that problem and know how to solve it?

No, that's not what the window is telling you.
