I don't use any of the "accelerators" out there, so I am not familiar with this one.
I went to the site to check it out. Not a good sign that you can't read a description about a product you are considering downloading to your computer. I don't download anything without knowing more about it.
I use www.download.com when I need utilities or other things for my computer. It is a CNet site, and has reviews as well as descriptions of everything. If you are looking for an accelerator, try there...
Just my opinion

I agree. I always check cnet.com and download.com for free software for computers. What is great is that not only are there reviews listed but also feedback from users that give very important info as to whether it has worked, what HAS worked or has NOT worked, any problems with the software, does it contain spyware etc

One would hope so, but money is money.
I am sure Vendio's contract is with TribalFusion, not Speedera. Speedera is just one of hundreds of programs TribalFusion promotes.

Interesting Site, wgm! However, if you are not experienced at fooling around with a registry, I would be VERY careful when changing it. If you are going to attempt using their instructions to change your registry, be very very careful. print out or write down what the settings are FIRST before you change them. Otherwise, you might be in a heap of trouble later.

I agree, paloma - I learned the hard way about messing with the registry! I was fortunate in my previous job to have the IT dept next to my office, so the tech guys really taught me a lot about computers. I use a few different programs to keep my computer clean - one is SpyBot and the other is Ace Utilities. I have found that keeping my computer clean maximizes its efficiency. Also, it doesn't hurt that I have a brand new computer
The site is courtesy of sciclone - I just added the link for him/her - but it is an interesting site!
