can't get to their site and I received an email stating that my auctionstealer payments through PAYPAL have been discontinued per my request.... I never requested this!

I went to google to search for them

NONE of their sites come up. Not the US, Canadian or UK versions or the sub-domains leased to other people.

So if you are using their service as a seller you better switch fast.
