Has anyone been to the NEW "service" page for ebay.??? I just went and they have "changed" it and now I can not find Safe Harbor ???
I need to turn in someone with false contact and also see if I can get a Neg removed...
Can anyone offer any help... I am not finding it... Maybe blind tonight, New where it was on the "old" page....LOL

They removed the neg feedback that the seller left for me.

About your neg getting removed. If you are right that you don't deserve the neg and left the other Ebayer a neg in return. If that is the case you will have to pay Ebay through (Square Trade) to remove the unjust neg received and what is worse you will also have to agree to remove the neg you left the bad guy. Or nothing will get done except Ebay collects more of your money. Great system ha ha ha a REAL JOKE

Time will tell if they do anything..
I am turning both in every day, til I get a response back from a live person....
I also know how it feel to be riped off, from a seller that does nothing....Recd item damaged... told her right away.... Nothing.... sent another email... nothing...
I couldn't sleep at night acting that way....Grrr...If I have a problem with a buyer .." I " Myself as the seller,, take care of it.. and I do it right away....I don't sit by and do Nothing...
No email communication threw out the whole thing...Does not answer the phone,, and I called several times/left messages...NOTHING..... but she can sure respond to a Neg feedback left for him/her.
Yes I did leave her a neg... and she in turn left me a neg... Even if it does not get removed... I feel better just for leaving it.....Will hurt her more then me..

wrightsraceing, question, how many feedbacks did the seller have? Did they have a good feedback record? I mostly sell but from time to time I do buy and knock on wood its all been very good. I make sure I check out the seller before I bid. As a seller I have to from time to time cancel a bid from a bad buyer or buyer seller combo.

I did look at her feedback and it is mostly good, 280 feeds but had 6 negs. I went and read a few of the negs.. and figured bad buyers.. We all get them.. I did not check them all.I should have, as there is one that states..."does not handle problems".
I guess I should have read between the lines in the feedback also, as no one did mention good communication.
I can live with not getting a email or 2 during the transaction, but if there is a problem...Take care of it.. and email me back.I did make a claim with fed-x, and am not sure if they will pay or not.{I was waiting for the seller to handle it,, she didn't}The seller did not turn it in, as they had no record of it filed.
I email for everything,and check my email everyday and answer each one. My buyers are happy with my service and my items.
