What is the difference? I had a bidder do a "bid cancellation" due to "administrative cancellation". This was within 24 hours of the auction end (after having the bid for 2 days!) What is that? The good news is there were several snipes on this particular item. So I just blocked the bidder!

I thought "administrative cancellation" was another term for bidder has been booted off eBay.

That's what I thought. But this bidder is still bidding - bought 2 bowling balls today with a BIN @ $119.95 each! 188 positive feedbacks & no negs & NO bid retractions! I don't get it!
