In my opinion it would depend on which was left first. If the Pos was left first then the neg, the pos would negate the neg.
If the neg was left first, vice versa.

Last year a customer bought two items from me. On one item she left me a neutral. On the second item, she left me a positive which didn't count on my net score.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

I had a buyer purchase three items.
The (jerk) he was a newbee left me 1 of each:
Pos, Nue and Neg.
They all counted.

I had an idiot buy something from me and 20 minutes later dropped me a negative stating he didnt want the item anymore. eBay wouldnt remove it!!!! ARRRGH! I hate newbies! I wish eBay had a filter like Yahoo did where you could set the minimum feedback rating allowed for someone to bid on your item.
