Ebay sent me a notice that one of my auctions # 3361631462 had a bid retraction on it.So I checked it out and on the bottom has has the bidders I.D. and the reason for the retraaction.But when I looked at the auction he still has the top bid-how can this be?

Because he entered the wrong bid amount, retracted and then bid again.... just like a good bidder is supposed to do.
