with no bids (one bid was cancelled by me)? I made an error in the title of an auction and accidently stated (it was one of those past midnight listings I worked on) that a postcard was from Albany Georgia when, in fact, it is from Alabany Alabama. The bidder asked me to cancel his bid and I did immediately when I discovered the error. Now I am not able to change the title or revise the description!! Do I have to cancel the auction and relist to correct it?

I believe that once a bid has been placed, if it is cancelled by either the seller or the buyer, you cannot revise. You can add info or new picture but it will appear below the original description. I had the same thing happen with a bid retraction by a buyer. I was not able to revise. Maybe some of the old pros here know of a way to do it.

I would end the auction and relist it. I tried and tried to revise one the other night and it took me over two hours and it still isn't right but I just left it. Mine was not a mistake like yours. It didn't make any difference with mine but yours it does. I would just relist it. I can't believe a bidder bid on that card. He/she must not have looked at it before bidding because if they did they would have known it wasn't Albany Georgia don't you think.
