I have had a buyer taht wants me to accept Western Union from Peru on a tie and he says it is cheaper for him and no cost to me. Is it safe for me to do. It is the 1st to get one of these.

it should be safe,he will have to give you the code for you to go to a nearby western union place to pick up the dough.
tell the western union guy you want cash.
make sure you have a western union place in your neighborhood or call them first and verify if they have no problem getting western union money from peru.
also bring some id with you besides this secret code.

DO NOT USE PROPAY.COM. THEY WILL NOT SUPPORT YOU ON A CHARGE BACK EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE PROOF THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED

Tell him to use BidPay. That goes through Western Union & is Internatioal. Absolutely safe. As good as a cashiers check or USPS MO.

Thanks! For all these answers. I do have a local grocery store called Krogers that does Western Union but my Mom told me why should I have to go all over to get my money. I will try and get him to Bidpay.
