I am trying to edit my TOS & add to the description. When I go into revise & go to description, it shows zilch as to what I have already put in. What the HXXX is wrong here. I did 2 & on the 3rd one this is what happened.

Sanmar, maybe you have it in a different place, under global preferences or something?
