Ebay's listing policy prohibits sellers from using final sale price to determine shipping cost.
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/listing-surcharges.html
"Shipping and handling fees cannot be listed as a percentage of the final sale price."

The answer I got from Live help was "eBay o Rama is a partner company of eBay.As such, the shipping rates have to be calculated automatically."

Whatever that is supposed to mean.

Okay so how much is the ornament? If I understand ebay-o-rama it is run by eBay for another company. Is that right? See what you find out on this board something new everyday.
