i filed for npb&fvf on 11-23-03 and then today i rec payment from buyer, do i have to tell ebay and if so how do i do that, thanks ahead of time for any help

It's up to you but if you undo or reverse the final FVF/NPB for the late paying buyer then ebay will automatically take back their FVF refund anyway. If the buyer doesn't care about the NPB process then you can pocket or keep the refunded FVF.

Did you relist?
Does it have bids or did it sell?
You don't have to accept payment,if you do you will have to reverse FVF.
It's your call but you don't have to deal with this deadbeat if you don't want to!
