Hello, I've issued a refund and I am seeking to obtain a FVF credit. The Ebay page: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/credits.html
does not allow for a credit unless I file a NPB.

What am I missing?

There is a 'parties agreed not to complete the transaction' and a choice for 'item was returned and money refunded'. You can use either one without the buyer getting a black mark. I believe you do not have to wait the 10 days for filing for FVF that it gives it to you automatically with those NPB choices.

I've been eating about $50 of FVF and listing fees a year as I can never find the link for refunds.
