Happy Belated Birthday.
Maybe next year you can "borrow" an idea from my cousin. When she was younger she would start mentioning her birthday to everybody she knew about a month before the date. Just out of the blue "My birthday's January 19th". I bet people would acknowledge your birthday then!

Miss J,
Happy belated B-Day to you. Sorry to hear that someone may have forgotten your special day. But how would you feel if your own mother forgot it? My mother forgot mine last year (and we're exceptionally close - not in distance but in our hearts) and I was crushed to think my own mother forgot. So now I remind everyone when I'm having a birthday. That way, no one could possibly forget and I'm not disappointed.
Regarding your anxious buyers, I'm getting the same thing. Everyone is so nervous that they are not going to get their Christmas gifts, that they are totally stressing out right now. I think I'm done listing until after Christmas - just to avoid those people who email at least twice a day until they get their item that they just paid for today.
