I read several of their auctions, terms of service and some of the negative feedbacks.
At that I did five minutes more reading than most of their whiners, I'll wager.
Classic case of they-just-don't-read. It's all there in black and white. I fully understand their terms and wouldn't have any hesitation buying from them if it were something I wanted and condition was unimportant.
We were looking for a specific "parts" laptop not long ago. This seller might have been an excellent source. The only problem I can see is that the just-don't-reads may be driving up the prices for those who fully understand what the auction is offering.
Persons expecting new-in-box or lavish customer service from these folks are deluded and deserve to be slammed back with a neg.

The upcoming feedback changes will pay havoc with this seller. I wonder if ebay will reconsider their move. Many of ebay's sellers have a large amount of negative feedbacks due to their sales volume. If the new 'view all the negatives with a simple mouse click' system is in place it my hurt their sales and some may consider moves to their own websites or other selling venues.

Pel - please tell me why you think he should be NARUed. Negative feedback doesn't get you NARUd - neither does selling "as is" items. Half the complaints I read are people that did not like his check out system others were because their as is item didn't work but then if you read the description, it was obviously a crp shoot as to whether they would of not.

Wish I had seen him a month ago and I would have bought lots of stocking stuffers and Christmas decorative items.
He has tons of very happy customers as well as the complainers. And, if you are buying electronics from anyone who says "as is" you better count on it being DOA.
His prices for other items is great. And most of the negs I saw were from people complaining about high shipping, no email response, slow shipping or having to use checkout.

88.6% was a very good average in school on Ebay it means 11.4 out of every 100 transactions are problematic
People are basically lazy,too lazy to even read feedback.

Maybe to someone who's just interested in carping.
To me it means that the $1 NR auctions are drawing lots of people who are slow to comprehend but quick to leave a neg.
