Are there any propay users that have good things to report from their experiences? ARe there any other companies out there comparable or better than Paypal? I see a lot of comments about stormpay but I can't tell when people are joking or not.

Yahoo Paydirect is a much better service and cheaper than PayPal. The downside is PayPal has monopolized the market that you will have a difficult time getting anyone to use pay you through it. I accept it and encourage buyers to pay through it, but I only get one or two that actually pay through Paydirect in a month. My guess more people would pay that way if more sellers accepted it, but just like ebay, PayPal is the big cheese.

I have used Propay for aboutv 2 1/2 years now. I have not had any problems with them. I still however do get the majority of payments through Paypal.

yahoo paydirect is like aol paydirect, there is really no seller or buyer protection, most of the users are yahoo fans .
the post office has a system which does ach when the dc is swiped at destination, hardly anyone uses it or heard about it.
with propay you have to pay 35 a year ,3.5% discount fee and 35 cents transaction fee,1/2% for transferring to your bank account and no intl transactions, limit is 1000 a month unless you request more, then there is a hold/reserve
