...a customer starts emailing about when a shipment will arrive...even though they haven't paid yet! And upon further discussion they are still hemming and hawing about paying!
silly monkeys!
I don't know how you massive sellers do it, but I can feel the "argh" factor setting in!

How about this?........I got neg'd 1 day after an auction ended....brainless ding dong claimed she never received the package.....ok......well....she never paid either! Neg still sits on my record!
What user is it that says "People are basically stupid"? I think he/she has a point there!
