We insist on our buyers having a valid email address. To listen to some of them, you'd think we were yanking out the tiny little hairs just inside their nostrils.

"Waaah! I tried to change my email with eBay! It wouldn't let me!"

"I know my eBay address is invalid. You can contact me at my new address: [email protected]"

"I don't have access to the old email so I can't change it."

This morning brings home in a special way just why we insist on good email.

Five emails in the last two days, each with a different address, each referencing the same bloody transaction. Each demanding to know when it's going to be shipped (last week).

This twit is dangerously close to getting a fresh steaming neg for harassment.

"What does the 'O' stand for?"
"Nothing."

tell the IDs that when you KNOW the correct identity of the buyer, you'll be more than HAPPY to send them the package.

Some of the buyers lately have been very Scroogy!!! Anyone else "seeing" this too?

Scroogy?? I'm not sure Scroogy is what I would call it.....but if scroogy keeps my butt from getting kicked from this board than I'll go along with it.
I just love the way ppl try to take advantage of you. They buy clothing from me, wear them to their Christmas parties, soil them up and then email me 2 weeks later claiming that I sold them crap. Work out something with me or I'll neg ya.
So I email them my return/refund policy and then sit and wait for the neg. So far nothing.....but I haven't left feedback for her yet either. *LOL*

Yeah Fluffy, I've dealt with some of those invalid email addys too. Frustrating!

I have nothing up for auction so I don't see that personally but reading this board makes me happy I have nothing to sell right now. I think the Holidays brings out the worst in people. Rush, Rush Hurry Hurry and they get nothing done.
