well I'm sure some of us have noticed that when we signed in, we're usually greeted with some great PayPal feature that we should use... and we probably usually decline the offer and click on "Proceed to My Account" or something like that...
anyway this time we're greeted with a picture of the PayPal team.. everyone's all smiling because we've certainly made their holiday season..
I just thought its a bit silly.. its so hard to contact them and everything, and here they are, posting a picture of their team smiling at us, telling us happy holidays.
I guess I'm complaining. When you need them they're hiding and lurking around behind their automated email system and Q&A system... and when you dont want to deal with them they slap a picture and force you to see it.
ah geez. why can't there be a competitive alternative... there's good money here! all you need is an easy working system
