I had a computer crash last week and lost Shipping Assistant 2.2 from USPS. Did Click-N-Ship replace the old Shipping Assistant? I really liked Shipping Assistant and always used to when mailing my packages.

I can't get Click-N-Ship to download. Any suggestions? Am I doing something wrong or is there some problems with Click-N-Ship? I want Shipping Assistant back! Can anybody help? Thanks!

New problem... I downloaded the Shipping Assistant but it won't display the label. I have Acrobat Reader 6.0. I get an error message that says: "There is a problem trying to use the image display module. Use an external image viewer application to view the labels".

I didn't have this problem before. It always came up using Acrobat. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

try this...

E-mail: [email protected]

Telephone: 1-800-344-7779 (7:00AM to 11:00PM EST)

The contact information above is from the site. It doesn't say what days of the week, so you may get lucky and get someone today

I have never had that problem, so don't know what could be causing it - sorry

I had problems with the USPS Shipping Assistant and Adobe Acrobat 6.0. I simply returned to AA 5.0 and the problems disappeared.

Do a Google search for free adobe reader 5.0...it's still available if you search for it.
