Capyoda has a thread going on bubble/padded mailers. Seems that several sellers are having trouble locating them at a reasonable price. Maybe they should come over here and read the directions in toasted's post. With a few modifications, they could make their own padded mailers.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.
