I don't think I would trust these sellers. Maybe they are legit, but I would wonder why they have so many ID's.

Is it just me, or does the reflection of the camera make the gold bit look like an eye, and the bracelet look like a snake devouring its own tail?

Sanmar - I'm curious. You have a seller with feedback numbers in the thousands, all are at the high 98 to 99 percent positive level and you don't trust them? What is the rationale behind that? From what I can see, the IDs are compartmentalized - one is watches, one is rings, etc... if you are listing a few hundred items a week this sure is a nice way to not get overwhelmed in the fulfillment department. That's the method I would adopt if I was listing. If I had over 4000 active auctions I 'd be looking for whatever organizational aids I could possibly come up with.
Fluff- with that sell thru rate I don't blame them for trying to add something the pot. of the 350 auctions I saw closing from the main id in the next 24 hours, only about 15 had bids. EESH!
