Hi.. with the new fees, any new strategies such as starting at .99cents, without the gallery...or even opening a websit.
Just an idea for discussion.

If you stick to the "NO Snipe" auction format that worked so well for you in the past you shouldn't see any adverse effects from the fee increase

Hi... thanks for the insight.
The no snipe is working on three of our eBay sites pretty well.
That's why we're considering the .99cent starting bid. As an aside, there are a number of seller's using a no snipe program.

horsey: Not much of a researcher, are you?

Just recently there was a thread here about a seller who deals in repro train cards who was, as I recall, vehemently anti-snipe.

Don't think it's the same person.

I probably average 100 auctions per week, so I am looking at $5/week increase in fees. I can go to Starbucks one time less, and it will be break even for me. If your business can't absorb this type of increase, then there is a good chance you are doing a lot more wrong than right.
