Recently, I have become a little more attentive in checking feedbacks for bidders in my current auction. I just looked at one. Whoa!!! 35 FB's...6 negs for non-payment in the past 6 months.
Can I reject this bid? If so, how do I do that? Haven't sold to this bidder previously and didn't have he/she on my block list. Also, my TOS does not mention that I reserve the right to reject a bidder. Is that a problem?

You can cancel their bid and then add them to your blocked bidder list.

Abso-fricken-lutely.
Go to Site Map.
Click on "Cancel bids on my Item".
Ta-da.
You do not have to have reserved this right in your TOS. Every seller has the right to reject any bid from any bidder at any time (the auction is open) for any reason.

That's why it is soooo much more important to file for FVF refunds -- that hurts MamaMeg's purse & she HEAVES them off!
