I have 4 of these all different patterns and colors. They are the size of tip trays and are hard plastic like Melmac. Has anyone heard of this brand? Thanking all in advance.

Doesn't the back of the tray read Mittet, not Millet?

and when I put Mittet in Google, it comes up mainly Norwegian places or things, mainly Oslo?

Yes, Mittet might be Norgegian,
and Kr stands for Kroner, the Norwegian currnecy... The painting style is traditional Rosemaling stye you can see some examples here

NearTheSea-The keys are not even close on the keyboard. Oh my need new glasses, well no, need new eyes...

Thanks vidpro. She does use tip tray in her description, but I wouldn't use it for a soap dish. They are much to pretty for that.

I guess your right about Kr it says 12.00.
Converted to USD it equals approximately $2.00. It is not Kr anymore but NOK. I supposed since these were made they changed the name of the currency.,
I have had these over a year and have been searching around that long. In less than 2 hours here the answer was given. Does anyone have to ask why anybody comes here first before a major search. Thanks all.

Libra, happens to me all the time, I think I'm gonna have to give up contacts very soon, as they are not strong enough, and they probably won't make contacts as strong as I need them! So back to glasses soon!!!

The eye thing. . .oh, no. I just went into my first pair of bifocals this year. Tri-focals are next to help with the computer work. I got the seamless ones. The problem is that the higher magnification is at the bottom so I'm constantly having to tilt my head up to read the computer screen.

Cheryl raise your computer screen. I can relate to all of what everyone is saying. Tough to get old.

Oh, duh. Boy does that help. Just a tilt up. I had to raise my chair a bit, too. Old age is just a barrel of laughs (at my expense).

Looks like I am not the only one, gave up my contacts, I even had the ones that had the split description one power for the dominant eye another power for the other eye. then went to bifocals, got the kind that adjusts to indoors and outdoors, even got the frames that you can twist, sit on etc and they were suppose to retain their shape. Well the indoor outsoor lenses did not change now it looks like I am wearing sunglasses all the time. When I place my glasses on a flat surface one arm is up about 2". My husband swears they sold me the frames from a pair of magnifyers you buy all over, or might even have come from a pair of sunglasses that had no prescription lenses. These were not cheap and I spent a great deal of money and these are from a local business. I decided to go someplace else and inquire, the first suggestion was to adjust chair and screen tilt a little higher, the second one was to have a pair of glasses made with just the bottom prescription they are called computer glasses. boy, did I feel dumb. They suggested that I pick up a basic frame, which I gave them from an old pair. What a difference, I can sit at any position and keep my screen at any level I want. I got myself 2 lanyards switch my glasses when I am taking pix, or anything else, then drop those and switch to my computer glasses. I do not remember how much they were but they were not that expensive I guess it depends on the prescription.

lattefor2, yep, thats what my contacts are, more power in one, plus they were really expensive because I have an astigmatism. Every time I get glasses though, I either break them or lose them! but I will have to wear them.

Libra, I have 2 sets of these, with 4 in each set. One set is like yours and the other set has a landscape scene on them.

i use them for various things, soap dish, spoon holder by the coffee pot, one set is used for candies at christmas time.

i just love them, they never seem to stain and last forever. found mine at a yard sale a few years ago.
