Over the next few days, eBay’s new Member Profile (previously known as "feedback profile" will be introduced to the site. Member Profile is a new hub that includes design changes to feedback aimed at making buying and selling decisions easier than ever. To learn more about the benefits of Member Profile or to take the tour, please see our 12/31/02 announcement.
In addition to the Member Profile enhancements, in the next few weeks eBay will be adding a new feature called Mutual Feedback Withdrawal. Mutual Feedback Withdrawal allows members to withdraw feedback on those occasions when they have worked out a dispute that caused a negative feedback. Stay tuned for more information on this new enhancement later this month.

I am especially impressed with the ability to withdraw negative feedback, Mutual Feedback Withdrawal, apparently without paying SquareTrade.

Yippie!!!!!!! It's about TIME they smartened up! ALL this insane Negative feed backs and having to PAY to get it removed? Thanks!
When it's OBVIOUS Stupidity it NEEDS to be like Gone, No hassles, No monies spent.
E bay MAY be waking up to the realities of the world of their flawed feed back system.
After a year FEED BACK needs to drop off,,,,out of their system.
People makes mistakes,,,,crooks,,,,, keep on doing whatever they do and that,,,,can readily be seen in under a years worth of feed backs.
