Once agsain I have a buyer that I can't communicate with because her email address bounces. I am not out anything as she paid with PayPal. Tried to reach her to tell her I had shipped her widget & it bounced, both her eBay & payPal email address are the same Why don't people have enough sense to change their @X$#@ email addresses here if they are going to bid. Grrrrrr!!!

I feel your pain! I have a buyer that I think this may be happening with. Their feedback is excellent with immediate payments. It's been 5 days and no response. She has msn. I also have an msn account and I know they filter mail like crazy. I may try to contact her through that. What irks me is that I state the shipping costs in my auction. All the details are there. They don't have to wait for an email from me. In fact, most don't.

Cheryl, doesnt MSN filter spam and junk mail into a 'junk mail folder' so if you wanted to you could at least retrieve it??? Or, I thought you could set the junk mail filtering preferences yourself??

Good luck in trying to get ebay to bounce her too. I am dealing with two right now that are clearly bad. I turned both in over a week ago. Nothing. I turned them in again two days ago. Still nothing. It is getting more clear that ebay doesn't care for their sellers protection.

Stone, thanks for posting that. I thought I had gone nuts. Had a buyer 3 weeks ago use a 3 year old ID that he hasn't bid with in 2 years. All of his contact info was wrong. Even his phone #. I reported him and he contacted me with a new email and # but never updated his Ebay info. Then he complained that he couldn't get into his Paypal and wanted to send a check. I'm still waiting for his check and eBay has yet to kill his ID.
I received an email from him this weekend saying he has been busy working and had an illness in the family and yada, yada and supposedly the check is in the mail.
