Can a gallery photo be added after the fact? I mistakenly launched without it. P.S. I'm a tech dummy so if it requires other than pushing a button I'll be lost. Thanks.

You will need to go to Ebay, to your item and revise.
At edit pictures add the URL for your pic in the gallery section.

And as a note of interest: adding ebay selling features such as gallery is the only modification that can be made after the final 12 hour mark of an auction has passed.
