I just joined Endicia_Thursday. Already did about 20 packages but have hit a block -- my first insured package . Naturally , tech will not be availible until tomorrow. Could someone tell me how to add insurance online? USPS insurance is fine
Thanks in advance for any assistance

If you use USPS insurance, you just add the ins charge to the postage -- you still have to present to window clerk

Tis why so many of us use U-PIC or DSI

From Dazzle:

Enter Address:

Choose PRINT:

From The "Print Address" Pop-Up Window:

Click on "Postage Options" Button.

There is a tab called "Insured Mail":

Click on the "Insured Mail" Tab:

Click on the Check Box that says "Use Insured Mail".

Enter your requested value.

This will add the appropriate amount to your postage.

You will be given the chance to print a paper record of this transaction to your printer.

I recommend printing this page (especially if you use stealth mode) and take it with you when you take this to the counter at the post Office. I believe you still may need to fill out a Post Office Insurance slip to go on the package.

It is the BEST!

Unlike STAMPS.BOMB, Endicia has real, live & helpful CS, NTM they don't screw ya if ya try to cancel as STAMPS.BOMB did with unending billing until ya have to threaten them with the FTC, etc.

INSURANCE is very simple with ENDICIA...

Unlike: Endicia.Bomb
Stamps:
Doesn't really need all the live help, it works so well you don't need someone holding your hand whike you print a stamp!

That a really pathetic justification for the p-poor CS at STAMPS!

I prefer companies that provide GREAT CS -- although I've been with them for two years, it's great to be able to call & get help when I move or buy a new PC, etc.

During those two years, I've never misprinted -- twas a common bugaboo with STAMPS! Did they ever fix their terribly buggy software??

I noticed they switched to a flat-rate plan (like ENDICIA, although ENDICIA does offer TWO plans)...did enough of you-all complain about the %-gouging??

I only called stamps with a question once in 4 years, got a CS right away the question was answered never needed to call again.

Their software works fine for me!

And they have 2 different plans.

And their new insurance is great, no need to go to another web site for that!

I've changed computers once, entered my ID and password, downloaded program, synced my printer and was on my way.
No phone calls!

Stamps may charge a little more, but the better service is worth it!

No need for CS,even though it's there if you need it. No need to come here and start thread after thread!

What is pathetic is the way you all talk up a site that causes you nothing but headaches.

But the choice is yours,Enjoy your CS.
I'd rather spend my time printing postage and getting the items out!
