I keep trying to close my E-Bay store and all I get is page can't be displayed. I wonder if they have so many sellers trying to close their stores that they decided to stop them from closing them.

I had the exact same experience. I sent several emails to eBay, all asking to be informed as to how to close my store. eBay didn't respond to any of my emails, and after considerable research I found no information available as to how one closes an eBay store. I was at a midlevel store paying approximately $49.95+ a month in fees. I just gave up and down graded to the base level fee of $9.95+, of which was clearly described how to down grade.
