I know there's a link on eBay somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. I need to call one of my Buyer's because his email is invalid. How do I obtain his phone #?

Look for the "site map" link at the top of the page. Then, look in the middle column, under "seller accounts," there's a link for "request final value fee credit."

That leads to a screen with instructions. The first thing they say is that you should try to contact your buyer on the phone if you're not getting a response to email. That's where you find the "request contact info" form - you need to fill in the auction number and they will email you the buyer's phone number and street address.
