I did a BIN a couple of weeks ago for a purse. It required that I pay right away. I paid. Waited weeks, no purse. I contact the seller and they tell me it was shipped but they will ship another one. Still no purse. I email them again. This time they tell me they have been going through some hard times ect.. but promised they would ship the item.
Two weeks later no purse, they refund my money because they are not going to send another purse.
what are the chances things are going to get lost twice? The purse is only $5 and they had about 20 of them listed at the time.

Since they refunded, I would leave at worst a neutral. I feel if a seller makes good, leaving a negative is cruel
