Hi. Does anyone know if there is a way to retract an ebay feedback? I have a customer who wants to change the feedback they left me from a neg to a positive because I replaced the item they were unhappy with. Is this possible? Thanks.

There are two options:
1) To actually have the feedback removed... you can go through www.squaretrade.com for a mediation process. This process will cost either you or your bidder some $$$.
2) Ebay just released a "Mutual feedback" removal, where both you and your bidder can "remove" your feedback. Only thing is... the comment doesn't actually disappear. It just won't be counted in your total tally or feedback percentage any more.
