Help, please. Computer is working fine except that for the past few weeks when on MY EBAY page, I cannot access anything across the blue line which says BIDDING/WATCHING - FAVORITES - ACCOUNTS -
FEEDBACK - PREFERENCES - ALL. I'm getting around to everything else I need with no problem, but it's inconvenient not having access to these sites. Cannot come up with anything I did to cause this. A page comes up which says the site is not available. Any ideas?

Thanks Lucy. Yes, many times -- and I've done all that it tells me to on the page which comes up - checked settings, etc. This has been going on for several weeks.

This is going to sound stupid but what browser are you using and what is it's version. TO find out what version it is, go to the top of the screen and click on HELP and ABOUT.
Also what version of Windows are you using or is this a MAC. If it's a MAC, what is your OS number as well as your browser type and version

Paloma is on the right track. Go to www.opera.com and download a copy of the latest Opera browser and install it, not as your main browser but as an alternate. Try navigating through your My Ebay pages with Opera and see if it works. Anyone who sells on Ebay should have a second browser as a backup to Internet explorer. After you try it with Opera, let us know the results.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

You might not need to download another broswer. Just list the info about your computer and we'll take it from there. I have an idea. I'll only be up for a short time. I have to get up early for work in the morning
