Auction ends last night. Buyer pays immediately with PayPal. I packaged her item today and she emails me did I receive her payment. Well there is no way I can tell her I received it because when I emailed her it bounced back because of some spam blocker.This is the message I received.
(reason: 554 Service unavailable; Client host [66.135.197.24] blocked using proxies.relays.monkeys.com; BLOCKED: [url]http://www.monkeys.com/dnsbl/)[/utrl]
I am going to mail her package today and I want to leave a feedback right away so she can be aware her email isn't working.
How does this sound:
i.e. Ultrafast payment. package mailed, buyers email undeliverable, but highly recommended.
Any other suggestion. Does my roaming on my cell phone reach Hawaii and is it free (after 9)? We have Verison Thanks

"Buyer's email undeliverable" kinda makes it sound like her email to YOU was undeliverable. How about "Unable to contact buyer" ?

Thanks OhMsLucy. I don't know why I didn't think of that as that is what I usually do. But the buyer had just emailed me so that is how I answered her. It did go through with the PayPal one. This is one reason I come to this board to give my memory a boost. Most times the threads are very useful. Others are trash or get trashed halfway through.....

Hi Libra, it seems I am getting more and more of these undeliverable emails also, and I have been able to get through to them through paypal like ohmslucy and you said, but this couple of weeks week my paypal ones have started bouncing back also. I do not know about Verizon to Hawaii but a couple of them I have called and left messages on machines and I have not received an email from anyone saying they received the message. They have left positive feedback and a couple have said excellent communication.
