Didnt vendio collect all the email accounts of our buyers so we could spam them with new offers? I can't seem to find this option anymore.
I just updated my new website - give me your feedback on it.
I think all that information gets stored in the "Customer Manager" section (see the tabs) of Vendio. I'm on the annual subscription plan... so I don't have access to it. But, if you're using a plan with post-sale management features you should be able access the e-mail addresses of past buyers.
HOWEVER... spamming your customers is a sure-fire way of losing repeat customers! You're better off asking them to opt-in to a newsletter mailing than to force them to opt-out of your spam.
As for your website... not bad... but the pics are driving me crazy! Your "click-to-enlarge" thumbnails have a multitude of problems:
1) They are distorting the image and forcing your rectangular pictures to become Squares. This causes inaccurate dimmensions, hence distored images.
2) When you click to enlarge... it opens up a new window with the picture... BUT it's no larger than the thumbnail was! What's the point?!?
3) Did you take the pictures of the flags yourself? If so... good job, they look great! (when not distorted). If not... do you have written permission from the copyright owner to use the pics on your commercial website? It's illegal to use them if you don't, and you could be slapped with a hefty lawsuit from the copyright owner.
Finally... it would be nice if you had pictures of the actual state/international flags themselves, rather than just having drop down lists with their title. (like how you did your military flags). Anyhow... sorry for the criticism... but I hope it helps!
